Born in Cork, Ireland, Sian was the first child of a devout Roman Catholic couple. From the beginning she clashed with her parents' highly traditional values, her spirituality being non-existent. She would have rather been reading a good novel than a Bible, because if she couldn't see it and be sure that it heard her prayers, then what was the point in basing her entire life and set of morals around it? Though her relationship with them was filled with tension, four years after her birth she became a sister of one Liam O'Hara. She and her brother got along very well and loved each other.

From an early age, Sian found a great talent and a passion in music. One day while wandering the school she found a piano, and curiously pressed the keys. She was able to play an entire song, despite having never previously touched a piano in her life. From then on music became something of an obsession, and she focused especially on singing.

She did well in school, but after her first year in university she lost all interest in her education. So when her childhood friend Brigit dropped out of university and left to travel Europe, she couldn't help but join her for the ride. They currently live in Berlin with a friend's cousin, and she's found a job at a music store. She doesn't mind it too much because she gets to be around something that she loves, and the rent, beer, and long-distance phone calls to Liam need to be paid for somehow. Still, there's that nagging sense of boredom and restlessness. Perhaps something interesting will happen.

Sian is outwardly a collected if slightly strange person, but she's brutally honest and will give you her opinion without hesitance. If you're doing something wrong or behaving stupidly, she'll let you know it, but she also has no problem with letting people know they're appreciated. With strangers and acquaintances she uses a very polite tone and language, even when she's insulting them. Around her friends she's more of a typical teenager, complete with slang and cursing. While she has a very calm air, she does have a temper. It's not that she's slow to anger, but she never raises her voice or becomes physical unless she's really pissed off or feels threatened. While this is a strength, it is also a weakness in that her rage is usually given no outlet.

She has a weakness for alcohol, though, and when drunk she completely forgoes the level-headedness and becomes insanely... well, insane. She usually wakes up with a hangover and a million bad decisions, but she likes to pretend that none of it ever happened.

Her eyes and hair are dark, and her complexion is fair. Her hair is long and usually down, but sometimes she puts it up if it's hot or if she just finds it a nuisance. She is of average height, and her build is small. She also has a navel piercing, but don't ask her if it hurt because she can't quite remember the experience of getting it. Her clothing is normally that of your stereotypical girl-next-door, but she has a weakness for elegance and will sometimes wear formal attire for no apparent reason. Her PB is Kishuu Arashi of X.
